Function description

As a Slaughter line worker, you are responsible for the correct slaughtering and processing of carcasses on the slaughter line. You start work at 5:30 a.m. and are deployed on different positions where knife skills are required. Your tasks include:

  • Working on the slaughter line and processing carcasses correctly.
  • Performing different cutting and processing tasks using knives.
  • Working according to strict quality, safety, and hygiene rules.
  • Being flexible and helping where needed along the production line.


In addition to the slaughter line, there are also open positions in the cutting rooms.

Requirements

  • You like physical work and are not afraid to get your hands dirty.
  • You are flexible and motivated to learn different tasks.
  • You work with strong attention to quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Knife skills are required; experience in meat cutting is a strong plus.
  • A butchery education or experience cutting pork meat is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in a slaughterhouse is a plus, not a must.
