Function description
As packaging team leader, you are responsible for leading and coordinating a team that handles the packaging of pork meat. You ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that quality and production targets are achieved. Your responsibilities include:
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the packaging team.
- Supervising correct execution of packaging tasks and quality checks.
- Monitoring production targets and identifying deviations.
- Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
- Maintaining clear communication between different departments.
- Actively working along in the packaging department when needed.
This is a two-shift position, with an early start time (from 5:00 a.m.) and flexible working hours.
