Function description

As packaging team leader, you are responsible for leading and coordinating a team that handles the packaging of pork meat. You ensure that daily operations run smoothly and that quality and production targets are achieved. Your responsibilities include:

  • Leading, coaching, and motivating the packaging team.
  • Supervising correct execution of packaging tasks and quality checks.
  • Monitoring production targets and identifying deviations.
  • Ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
  • Maintaining clear communication between different departments.
  • Actively working along in the packaging department when needed.


This is a two-shift position, with an early start time (from 5:00 a.m.) and flexible working hours.
