Function description
As Team Leader Cutting Room, you are jointly responsible for the daily organisation and smooth operation of the cutting room. Your responsibilities include:
- Co-leading and supervising a team of approximately 40 employees together with a colleague.
- Ensuring correct and efficient daily production processes.
- Actively contributing to the optimisation of cutting room operations.
- Managing short deadlines, as customers may place last-minute orders.
- Monitoring customer satisfaction in close cooperation with sales and production management.
- Working closely with the plant manager and quality department.
- Actively working along on the production floor when needed.
- A training pathway is provided at another site, with opportunities to grow into a higher-level role at the cutting room in Zarren.
Working hours: Alternating weekly schedule:
- One week starting at 3:30 a.m.
- One week starting at 7:00 a.m.

Requirements
- Preferably experience in the meat sector and/or training as a butcher.
- Strong passion for meat, BBQ, or cooking is a plus — motivated hobby cooks are also welcome.
- Comfortable communicating in multiple languages with your team.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a hands-on mentality.
- Accurate, flexible, and solution-oriented working style.
- Able to handle pressure and short deadlines.
