Function description
As an aftercare worker, you are the last step before the concrete elements go to the customer. You make sure everything looks perfect and meets the quality standards. You work in the workshop in Veurne, Monday to Friday. Your tasks include:
- Repairing small damage to concrete elements such as cracks and holes
- Applying a protective hydrophobic layer to keep concrete safe from water and dirt
- Treating concrete surfaces with acid to get the right finish
- Smoothing and finishing concrete surfaces
- Checking the quality of finished elements before delivery

- You have EU nationality
- Experience as a painter, plasterer, or finishing operative is a strong advantage
