Function description
As a pastry chef in the night shift, you are responsible for preparing and finishing various pastry products. You work from approximately 20:00 to 04:00 as part of a motivated team. You see what needs to be done and take initiative without being asked. Your tasks include:
- Preparing various types of pastry, cakes, and desserts
- Making and processing dough, batter, creams, and fillings
- Finishing and decorating pastry products
- Working according to existing recipes and quality standards
- Checking taste, quality, and presentation
- Correctly using materials and machines
- Keeping the workplace clean and hygienic
- Supporting colleagues during busy moments
- Taking initiative when you see work needs to be done

min €17.17 per hour
- Full-time position in a close-knit and motivated team
- Night shift: approximately 20:00 to 04:00
- Night premium of 20%
- Collective closure: 19-27 October, 7-25 December, and 1 January

Requirements
- You have EU nationality
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a pastry chef
- Skilled in various basic and pastry techniques
- Accurate with an eye for detail
- Able to work independently
- A true team player who helps colleagues spontaneously
- You see work and take initiative
- Motivated, reliable, and with a positive attitude
- No problem working night shifts
