Function description
As a CNC operator you will:
- Operate one or more CNC milling machines
- Adjust the machine based on work orders and set up programs
- Make adjustments as needed
- Perform regular maintenance of the machine(s)
- Ensure timely and consistent supply of raw materials
- Check the quality of produced parts with measuring instruments
- Register and document production data

Requirements
- You have more than 2 years of experience as a CNC milling programmer or operator
- You can read technical plans and work with calipers and other measuring instruments
- You can create programs based on technical drawings and set up machines independently
- You are willing to follow internal training if necessary
- You are physically strong and flexible
- You are willing to work in an early or late shift system
- You are cooperative, precise, and quality-oriented
- You are a true problem solver who shows initiative
- You can work well in a team and handle machines and tools with care
- You pay attention to order, cleanliness, and safety
- Big plus, but not required:
- Forklift license
- Overhead crane experience
- Knowledge of CNC machines
