Function description

  • Setting up, operating, and converting CNC milling machines
  • Machining metal components according to technical drawings
  • Performing quality checks using measuring tools (e.g. caliper, micrometer )
  • Deburring components
  • Adjusting the machine if quality or dimensions deviate
  • Closely collaborating with fellow operators and the production team leader

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC milling operator (experience with small batches and custom work is a plus)
  • Technical degree (mechanics, mechanical engineering, or equivalent through experience)
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Knowledge of measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers
  • Ability to work independently and identify/solve machine-related issues
  • Accurate, quality-focused, and hands-on mentality
  • Willingness to work in shifts (if applicable)
