As an operator you will be responsible for 1 production line. You constantly check the entire line for malfunctions and you check the various parameters via the PC. If there is a mechanical defect, you will first try to solve it yourself together with the other colleague operator.

You will spend the first weeks with a colleague operator who will teach you all the steps of the process, once you have mastered everything you will be assigned to a production line for which you bear all responsibility. you work in a 2 shift system which is extra paid, alternating morning 5am-1pm and afternoon 1pm-9pm. Requirements
You already have experience as an operator and can solve the first malfunctions, mechanical defects, yourself. You respect the hygiene rules of the company and cooperate to ensure that everything runs smoothly. Working in a 2 shift system is absolutely no problem for you. Each candidate needs to pass CIBIR test, company is passing test via email.
