As a CNC turner you are responsible for different processing phases and determining the adjustment values of the part and the tool (tolerance, surface condition, position, ...), mounting and adjusting the cutting instruments, positioning and fixing the part and then setting the right parameters (speed, progress, throughput, lubrication, …), starting up and monitoring (pre-production, series production, …) the production, checking the produced parts, operating and monitoring multiple machines.
