As an butcher/deboner you will be involved in the slaughter and processing, deboning and cutting of pork meat into pieces or segments. You also help with the preparation of it. You follow certain steps in the different stages of processing. You use tools such as knives, pliers or saws.
As a motivated butcher / slaughterhouse worker you will be responsible for the correct slaughter / processing of the carcasses at the slaughter line. Your workday will start at and this from 6 am. You will be deployed at various workstations where skilled employees are needed.
As a cutter/boner, you are responsible for the complete cutting of the meat pieces, the deboning of the meat, etc.
