Our cutting room is looking for someone who, depending on our customer's orders, will hang the hams according to type (fat/lean/parma). You do this after they are put on the turntable, using special hang irons. You can take a beating because these hams weigh between 7 and 15 kg.

As a multi-purpose butcher, you will work in a ultramodern slaughterhouse where a lot of attention is paid to animal welfare. A selection of your tasks: groin pull, scrape fat, clean up fillet pure, remove heart fat, cutting up hams, detaching & removing the organs, taking out intestinal packages, etc.
As a technician you are responsible for detecting and solving problems on the machines. You work independently, but you can always fall back on the production manager if necessary. You work in a day schedule, shift work is possible, depending on the department you end up in.
