You end up in a hotel with a restaurant on the coast. You will be trained to do your job to perfection. You work from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. or from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. Depending on how busy it is, you can work longer or start earlier. You have 2 days off a week, but always work during the weekend.
