As a multi-purpose butcher and deboner, you will end up in an ultra-modern slaughterhouse where a lot of attention is paid to animal welfare. A selection of your tasks: groin pulling, scraping off fat, cleaning up the fillet, removing heart fat, cutting hams into pieces, loosening & removing the white or red organs, removing intestinal parcels, etc. Together with about 100 nice colleagues, you form the first link of the company.

Requirements

At busy times you are flexible in terms of job content and working hours. You are not afraid of physical work and you are skilled with knives. Experience in other slaughterhouses is a plus. You speak sufficient French or English.
