How we find the right candidate for your vacancy

Initial meeting

During the initial meeting, we come to you to listen and take a look at the work environment. We create a detailed, tailored job description and provide you with a transparent quote. After your approval, we start the search. We operate on a no cure no pay basis: the invoice is issued only when a candidate is successfully placed.

Foreign partners

We distribute the job vacancy through our selection partners on various online job boards in Romania, Poland, Portugal, and Spain. Each candidate is thoroughly screened for experience, competencies, education, as well as language skills and their vision for their future in Belgium. If interested, we arrange a videocall as a substitute for an in-person interview. After your confirmation, we coordinate the availability and arrival.

Onboarding and integration

Before the candidate travels to Belgium, they receive all necessary information via the MyAxintor app to prepare for their work stay. Once in Belgium, the candidate is welcomed in our housing by our coordinator, who provides guidance throughout the entire employment period. If needed, the temporary worker is also provided with a car, scooter, or bicycle to facilitate smooth transportation to and from work. The day after arrival, the temporary worker comes to our office for an intake interview. At that time, they receive all information about the contract, payslip, vacation policy, welcome brochure, etc., in their native language.

Feedback and evaluation

Regular evaluation meetings are scheduled throughout the temporary employment period. "It's all about the perfect match."
