As an electrical assembler you are responsible for the electrical supply on the machines. You carry out mechanical operations to mount the electrical boards, cable ducts and various components on the machines. You are also responsible for the mounting and cabling of switch cabinets, distribution boxes and the machines themselves. These tasks are carried out both in the studio in Bruges and on location abroad. In addition, you report any difficulties you encounter and actively think about improvement proposals.

Brugge

As a site assembler you are responsible for the assembly and installation of various new projects. You install a new automation project at the customer, both mechanically and electrically, as a team.

Waregem

As an assembler you are responsible for the assembly and construction of projects, mainly in Belgium and sometimes in France. You put together projects tailored to the customer. This mainly concerns connecting and starting up industrial cleaning machines, installing truck wash installations and laying the necessary pipework.

Meulebeke

As an assembler, you are responsible for carrying out efficient and high-quality article/assembly and shaft changes on dobby and eccentric looms, and you provide support to the weavers where necessary.

Anzegem

As an assembler, you are responsible for the complete furnishing of commercial vehicles, particularly vans. You will receive a technical plan and order form, so that you know what needs to be installed in the vehicle. If you have electrical knowledge, that is a big advantage, because then you can also arrange the wiring.

Tielt

As an assembler, you work together with your colleagues in aluminum production, where you produce aluminum facade elements independently or together with a colleague. This includes tasks such as preparing and assembling aluminum windows and doors.

As a mechanical technician you will carry out work on behalf of the company. Some projects that can fall under your responsibility: relocation / disassembly of industrial machines, mechanical repairs and maintenance, installation of metal constructions within the industry ... This with the technical support of the engineering office located in Kruisem. What does this mean? Do you have a technical question or do you notice during a breakdown that you are short of parts or a technician? They arrange it for you from their workhouse.

Tielt

As a mig/mag welder you are responsible for welding steel stairs, handrails, etc. This is mainly custom work.

Brugge

As a mechanical engineer you build machines in the workshop based on the technical plans. After assembly, these machines are tested. If the test was performed correctly, the machine will be disassembled again. It is then transferred to the customer where the machine must be reassembled. You start as a mechanic in the studio and after a while you can also travel to do these assemblies. These can sometimes take place abroad, where a hotel is arranged for you for this period. This goes from 1 to 2 weeks. Your duties include the following: Helping to assemble BEP machines according to drawing. Mounting and drilling of plating. Assembly of partial assemblies and construction of various machine parts to complete machines on the basis of drawings. Assembly and construction of machine parts: shafts, cams, discs, gears, moving elements, bearings, etc. Drilling and placing of adjusting pins. Disassemble machine into separate groups for shipment. Preparing the groups for shipment - greasing, prepacking, etc.
