Real Interim (hereinafter: us), with company number BE 0807.817.384 and registered office at Monnikshoekstraat 21 8630 Veurne assures you of the confidential processing of the data you transmit to us via the website.

We take your privacy seriously. We process the personal data obtained in accordance with the provisions of the Act of December 8, 1992 on Privacy Protection in Relation to the Processing of Personal Data and all subsequent amendments and additions, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation (also called GDPR) of April 27, 2016. 2. Definitions 

Personal Data: Any information about an identified or identifiable living natural person. Website: The website hosted under www.axtintor.be
User: Any natural person who makes interactive or non-interactive use of the website.
Interactive use: Any use of the website during which you actively enter personal data on the website, whether or not through an electronic form that you complete.
Non-interactive use: Any use that cannot be considered an interactive use so, for example, simply browsing the website. 

3. Applicability

Each visit to and use of the website is subject to this Privacy Statement.

5. What personal data are processed 

If you simply take a look at our website, no personal data are processed. However, if you interact with the website (subscribe to the newsletters, fill in the contact form, leave a comment, write a review, etc.), the data you enter will be processed by us. This includes your name, first name, address, telephone number and e-mail address. By communicating your personal data, you unconditionally agree to the processing of your  personal data. 

6.  Purposes and basis of processing 

The controller processes the personal data obtained through the website for one of the following purposes:

  • execution of order supported on concluded agreement
  • newsletters, advertising..... based on explicit consent
  • optimize website supported by data collected through cookies 

7. Recipients or categories of data recipients

Personal data processed may be communicated to the following recipients depending on the purposes of the processing:

  • the user himself
  • the case handlers within our company

The personal data processed are not communicated to third parties, except if this would be necessary for website and marketing purposes, as well as for the execution of our mission, a legal obligation, a legitimate interest, a vital interest, ...

In the aforementioned cases, certain personal data may be exchanged with the following non-exhaustive categories of recipients:

  • our sales managers

Sometimes we also need to use certain (technical) services, ranging from web hosting, organization of mailing campaigns, use of specific software, cloud computing, ICT support, etc., which may allow third parties to access your personal data. However, in order to safeguard your rights, we have drawn up separate processing agreements with each of these service providers.

In principle, personal data is not passed on to third parties outside the European Economic Area. If personal data would be passed on, we will only do so to countries that offer an equivalent level of data protection.

8. Retention period of processed data

We do not process more data than necessary for the realization of the various purposes listed in Article 6 of this privacy statement.

The data will not be stored longer than the time required to provide you with optimal service as well as after-sales/delivery service. 

The maximum term in this is 3 years. 

The reason for this retention period is contact for further cooperation.

9. Your Rights

You, a user of our website:

  1. the right to access and obtain additional information about one’s own data.
  2. the right to request the data processed about you in an intelligible form free of charge
  3. the right to rectification (free of charge) of incorrectly or incompletely processed data.
  4. the right to data erasure. Unless this is not possible for legal reasons (such as billing, identification, etc.)
  5. the right to object to the processing of your data
  6. the right to restriction of processing
  7. the right to transferability of data
  8. the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of data

If you wish to exercise one or more of your rights, you must contact us in one of the ways specified in article 1 of this privacy statement. We will respond within 5 working days.

10. Automated decision-making

In principle, we do not make any decisions if the decision-making is done automatically by a certain computer program or technical gadget. If this should happen, no binding agreement can result without the express consent of the user.

11. Our cookie policy

When you browse our website, you can choose whether or not to accept our cookies. For more information, please see our cookie policy via the Cookies button at the bottom of the website.

12. Security of your personal data

We have taken the necessary measures to protect your personal data against possible data breaches, misuse by third parties, etc. namely through protection on the websites by means of SSL certificates, security via firewalls, limitation of data storage locations, ......
