As an independent chef, you’ll take full ownership of the kitchen during your shift. You’ll be responsible for preparing dishes from scratch, managing mise-en-place, maintaining quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring timely and well-presented plates. You’ll work closely with the owner and service team to ensure smooth service and a high standard of customer satisfaction.
