As a cooperating CE driver in the electricity sector, you are responsible for the transport of lamp posts. For this, you use a truck-mounted crane. Sometimes, multiple poles have to be brought to the site, and then you are the one who brings them there. A team is ready at the site to place the poles in the ground, and you help with this. For example, if a pole is broken, the technician or ground worker will remove the old pole from the ground. You then help place the new pole. The technician then connects the cables to ensure that the lamp post works properly.

As a truck driver you are responsible for the transport of goods to France, Spain, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands and Belgium. You will sleep in the truck 4 to 5 nights a week and work from Monday to Friday. Sometimes you have to start on Sunday, depending on the planned routes and deliveries. The driving time is 45 hours per week, excluding the availability time. The transport may involve bulk goods or dangerous substances (ADR).
