As a maintenance technician, after thorough internal training, you are able to carry out checks, (preventive) maintenance and repairs on the mechanical, electrical and electronic (parts of) installations of our textile machinery. You make accurate diagnoses of malfunctions and after analyzing the problem, you find appropriate solutions to continue production seamlessly. You can set various measuring controllers and frequency regulators. You also ensure that crucial systems such as compressors, water pumps, electrical facilities, water capture, steam boilers and water purification function optimally, including dismantling and overhauling pumps, roller bearings and steam taps. You also interpret installation diagrams.

Requirements
With your extensive and relevant experience you can be deployed quickly. Technical training or equivalent experience in a production environment is required. You have proven expertise in robotization, process techniques, automation, pneumatics, setting measurement controllers, frequency controllers and PLC control. You also master electric and TIG welding, have a good knowledge of industrial electricity, and are skilled in drilling, turning and making structures. You work independently with a sense of responsibility, communicate fluently in Dutch and French, and have an eye for safety in all its aspects. You can be deployed flexibly, both in a permanent night shift (9:00 PM - 5:00 AM) and in 2 rotating shifts (5:00 AM - 1:00 PM - 1:00 PM - 9:00 PM).- Driver License: B
