Requirements
Experience as a tractor driver is required for this position. Knowledge of Polish is a plus, since the company works with Polish workers. It is also a plus if you are familiar with agricultural practices and techniques. In addition, you are physically able to work outside for long periods of time and operate heavy equipment. Reliability and accuracy in performing tasks are essential. You are also willing to work flexible hours, especially during busy seasons.- Working experience: Less than 2 years
