As a foreman concrete columns, you are responsible for the daily management of the team that produces concrete columns, with a focus on efficiency, safety and compliance with quality standards. In addition to your managerial role, you actively participate in the production process and supervise the daily execution of the work within the column department. You ensure correct compliance with safety regulations and train your colleagues so that they can be deployed optimally. In the event of disruptions in the production process, you ensure fast and effective solutions. You also work closely with the production manager of the workshop and report daily on the progress of the work.
