Function description
As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing a wide range of bakery products such as breads, pastries, and rolls. Your main tasks include:
- Preparing, weighing, and mixing ingredients according to fixed recipes.
- Placing products in the proofing cabinet and carefully monitoring the proofing process.
- Baking products in the oven with attention to colour, crispiness, and overall quality.
- Contributing to planning and organisation within the night production team.
- Maintaining order, cleanliness, and a smooth workflow in the bakery.
Working hours: from 7 p.m. to approximately 3 a.m. Working days can be discussed. A few day shifts are possible if desired.

min €16 per hour
- Attractive salary, with a raise after a positive evaluation following 3 months.
- +20% night premium starting from 10 p.m.
