Function description

  • You are responsible for the mechanical maintenance of different concrete production machines and systems. This includes concrete plants, concrete distributors, overhead cranes, pumps, water treatment installations and heating systems.
  • You make sure everything stays in good condition and you help where needed.
  • Next to mechanical work you also support basic electrical maintenance. This means you use your technical skills in different areas.
  • Start of the workday at 04:00, 05:00, 06:00 or 07:00 in the morning.

Organisation

You will work at a Belgian company in Oudenaarde that makes heavy concrete wall panels, insulated panels (sandwich panels), and concrete roof and floor elements. These are used in big construction projects. 

Requirements

  • You are a hands on technician who can work independently and also in a team.
  • You have interest and or knowledge of mechanics and you have experience with welding.
  • You speak and understand basic English.
  • Basic knowledge of electricity is a plus.
  • You have a flexible work attitude.
