Function description
As an Installer of Fire-Resistant Doors & Gates, you are responsible for the correct placement and finishing of fire-rated doors and gates on different construction sites. Your tasks include:
- Installing and finishing fire-resistant doors and gates.
- Working on residential, industrial, and office construction sites.
- Correctly applying technical specifications and safety standards.
- Planning your work independently and logically.
- Continuing work efficiently when travel distance is long compared to the remaining tasks.
- Regular travel throughout Belgium, sometimes including overnight stays.
- You work under the regulations of PC 124 (Construction sector).

Requirements
- Strong hands-on mentality and high motivation.
- Experience in carpentry, door/gate installation, or construction is a strong plus.
- Good knowledge of English (communication on site).
- Valid VCA certificate.
- Medically fit for construction work.
- Driving licence B.
- Willing to stay overnight occasionally for projects further away (with compensation).
- Responsible, quality-oriented mindset with understanding of safety importance.
