Function description
In this role, you will mainly work on custom projects such as stair railings, stairs, and handrails for apartment buildings. You will also handle detailed work on steel constructions like containers, carts, and storage racks. Your tasks include:
- Assembling stair railings, stairs, and small steel constructions
- Working on custom-made projects for different applications
- Reading and independently interpreting technical drawings (main focus of the job)
- Bending components when needed
- Positioning and assembling parts correctly
- Fixing components using tack welding (no full welding required)
- Preparing constructions for further finishing
- Applying correct processes according to the desired final result
- Performing general metalwork (drilling, milling, bending, etc.)
- Maintaining an organized and efficient workshop

Requirements
- Experience as a metal assembler or strong interest in metal construction
- Very good technical insight and strong ability to read plans
- Accurate and quality-oriented working style
- Ability to work independently
- Practical mindset and interest in working with steel and inox
- Experience with custom work is a strong plus
- Knowledge of Fanuc and Haas controls is an advantage
