Function description
As a CNC Turner-Programmer, you will operate a Doosan SMX multitask machine and be responsible for the complete machining process. Based on technical drawings and instructions from the workshop supervisor, you independently produce high-quality components from start to finish. Your tasks include:
- Programming, setting up, and operating a Doosan SMX multitask CNC machine
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Producing precision components according to customer specifications
- Selecting the correct tools and machining parameters
- Making program adjustments and process corrections when necessary
- Performing dimensional and quality checks on finished parts
- Monitoring production efficiency and machine performance
- Working on custom-made parts and small production series
- Maintaining a clean and organized workstation

Requirements
- You have EU nationality
- Proven experience as a CNC Turner-Programmer
- Strong knowledge of programming, setting up, and correcting CNC turning machines
- Experience with Siemens 840D control is a strong advantage
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings independently
- Good understanding of machining processes, tooling, and tolerances
- Technical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Motivated and eager to continue learning
