Function description

As a Production Worker, you will be responsible for manufacturing and assembling custom kitchens and fixed furniture in the production workshop. Together with your colleagues, you ensure every project is finished to the highest quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Manufacturing and assembling custom kitchens and built-in furniture
  • Reading and interpreting technical drawings
  • Operating woodworking machinery and using hand tools
  • Assembling furniture components with great attention to detail
  • Performing quality checks throughout the production process
  • Keeping the workshop clean, safe, and organized
  • Working closely with colleagues to meet production deadlines

Salary: min €16.93 per hour
  • Full-time permanent position (working hours: 07:15 – 16:30)

Requirements

  • Technical or vocational education in woodworking
  • Proven experience as a woodworker or production worker in a similar role
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong technical skills and practical insight
  • Organized and structured way of working
  • Flexible and able to work well under pressure
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Team player who can also work independently
  • Passion for producing high-quality custom-made products
  • You have an EU nationality
