Function description

As a CNC Miller, you will manufacture precision mechanical components based on technical drawings. You will work independently, from programming to the finished product, and contribute to prototype development as well as custom and precision machining.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Producing precision mechanical parts based on technical drawings
  • Programming, setting up, and operating 3-axis CNC milling machines with Heidenhain controls
  • Manufacturing prototypes for the R&D department
  • Optimizing machining strategies and finishing methods
  • Performing quality inspections on finished components
  • Working with a modern and well-equipped machine park
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workplace
  • Collaborating with colleagues to continuously improve production processes

Requirements

  • Degree in Mechanics, Electromechanics, Industrial Sciences, or equivalent through experience
  • Proven experience as a CNC Miller
  • Experience with Heidenhain 3-axis programming is required
  • Ability to program directly on the machine and optimize machining processes
  • Strong mechanical insight and ability to read technical drawings
  • Accurate, quality-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Team player with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good communication skills in English
  • You have EU nationality
