Function description
As a concrete worker, you will be trained to perform different tasks throughout the complete production process of precast concrete elements. You will work on both custom-made products and series production. Your tasks include:
- Cleaning and preparing concrete moulds
- Oiling the moulds before production
- Placing reinforcement meshes inside the moulds
- Installing the correct spacers
- Opening the moulds and removing the concrete elements after hardening
- Performing different tasks throughout the production process
- Keeping your workplace clean and organized
- Strictly following all safety instructions
- You will receive on-the-job training so you can gradually learn the different steps of the production process.

Requirements
- You have EU nationality
- Experience in concrete production is a plus, but not required
- Hands-on mentality and good practical skills
- Willingness to learn different tasks
- Flexible and able to work in different parts of the production process
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Strong focus on safety and quality
- Good communication skills in English, Dutch, or French
- Experience with a forklift or overhead crane is an advantage
