Function description
As a weaver, you operate and monitor weaving machines and ensure that every product meets the required quality standards. Your tasks include:
- Operating, setting up and monitoring weaving machines to produce carpets and interior textile products
- Ensuring that products meet the required quality standards, specifications and design requirements
- Monitoring the weaving process and identifying or resolving technical issues and irregularities
- Carrying out quality checks throughout the production process and reporting any defects or deviations
- Performing routine cleaning and basic maintenance of machines and equipment
- Ensuring the correct use of yarns, materials and production settings

Salary:
min €21 - max €24 per hour
- Min. €21,00 gross per hour depending on experience
- Meal vouchers of €5,20 per day
- Fixed afternoon shift: 13:00 – 21:00
- Shift premium of 7%

Requirements
- You have EU nationality
- At least 2 years of experience in weaving or textile production
- Practical, hands-on attitude with an interest in textile manufacturing
- Precise, detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality work
- Good technical understanding and enjoy working with machinery
- Proactive in identifying problems and finding practical solutions
