Function description

• Prepare, knead, and process dough (you will have the opportunity to rotate between different work stations regularly)
• Bake various types of bread and pastries
• Follow recipes and maintain high-quality standards
• Ensure hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP) are met
• Work night shifts to provide fresh products every morning

Organisation

You will be working in a renovated bakery in Oostkamp (Belgium), together with a team of friendly colleagues. We visited the company ourselves and noticed a very positive and welcoming atmosphere in the production.

Requirements

• 2 years experience as a baker
• Knowledge of baking techniques
• English skills (for workplace communication)
• Independence, attention to quality, and problem-solving skills
