Function description
As a trailer mechanic, you are responsible for performing maintenance on semi-trailers, hitch trailers and flatbed trailers over 7.5 tons (no small trailers), preparing for inspection and inspecting semi-trailers, hitch trailers, and flatbed trailers. Repairs such as lighting, bodywork, loading ramps, etc. are also part of your responsibilities. It is important to note that you will not be working with engines.
Offer
You will receive a good salary, supplemented with meal vouchers of €8 for each working day. You will work in an early shift (07:00 - 17:00) and a late shift (09:00 - 19:00). These shifts alternate weekly. Overtime will be paid at 150%.
Organisation
You will be joining a family-owned company where the owners are present on the shop floor to maintain a connection with the work and ensure that work orders leave the workshop with the highest quality. You will receive further training to become an absolute expert in your field.
Requirements
You have experience as a mechanic and therefore have knowledge in mechanics, basic electricity, etc. You are also willing to learn a lot and speak English well so that you can communicate effectively with your colleagues.
