Function description
As an order picker, you are responsible for loading and unloading incoming goods in freezer temperatures (approximately -22°C). The goods are unloaded manually.
Offer
After a positive period with weekly contracts through Axintor Interim, you have the chance of obtaining a permanent contract. You work in the night shift (Mon-Thurs 10pm-6am, Fri 10:15pm-6:45am)o r day shift (Mon-Fri 8am-12pm and 12:30pm-4pm, Thurs until 4:30pm). You work one Saturday per month and have the possibility to work on Sundays with a 150% premium. Overtime is possible.
Organisation
You will be joining a Flemish family business with over 60 years of experience in the distribution and logistics of frozen food, where quality and a family atmosphere are central.
Requirements
As an order picker, you are not afraid to work in freezer temperatures of -22°C. A first experience as an order picker is not a must, but is a plus. You must be able to speak English. The company is looking for employees for the long term who are willing to rent or buy their own housing in Belgium after the temporary period, so there is a chance of a permanent contract.
