Function description
As a CE driver, you are responsible for delivering frozen products to supermarkets. You start in the morning with a fully loaded truck and deliver frozen pallets to various companies in the Benelux and part of France. After unloading, you reload and return to the loading dock on the same day or the next day. Your tasks include:
- Delivering frozen products to supermarkets and companies in the Benelux and part of France
- Starting each day with a fully loaded truck in the early morning
- Unloading and reloading at various locations
- Returning to the loading dock on the same day or the next day
Offer
Salary:
min €15.45 per hour
- Salary based on the number of hours worked — example: If you work 64 hours in the week and you slept 1 night in the truck then your weekly salary is : €920 that week. Each week is another week and and can be more nights in the truck or 0. This alwyas depends from your planning, how was the road, accidents and files.
- Meal vouchers of €5.22 per working day
- Net overnight allowance of €47.9310 per night in the truck
- ARAB premium of €1.8175 per worked hour
- Opportunity to work extra hours
- Work from Monday to Friday or Saturday, depending on the options discussed together
- Possibility of a permanent contract after a positive interim period
Organisation
You will be joining a Flemish family business with over 60 years of experience in the distribution and logistics of frozen food. You will work in a rapidly growing company that values quality, open communication, and a no-nonsense culture.
Requirements
- You have EU nationality
- Valid CE driving licence and Code 95
- More than 2 years of experience as a CE driver
- Willing to rent or buy your own housing in Belgium after the temporary period
