Function description
As a versatile butcher and deboner, you will work in a state-of-the-art slaughterhouse with a strong focus on animal welfare. Your tasks will include activities such as removing loins, scraping off fat, cleaning pure fillets, removing heart fat, cutting hams into pieces, detaching and removing white or red organs, extracting intestinal packages, and more. Together with around 100 friendly colleagues, you will form the essential first link in the company.

Requirements
During busy periods, you are flexible regarding your role and working hours. Physical work does not intimidate you, and you are skilled with knives. Experience in other slaughterhouses is a plus. You speak sufficient French or English.
