Function description
As a maintenance technician, you will work together with your maintenance team and support the manager with machine maintenance and solving technical problems quickly. You will work with mechanical systems as well as pneumatic and hydraulic installations:
- You are responsible for quickly and efficiently identifying and solving technical problems with machines and installations (mechanical, pneumatic, or hydraulic).
- You carry out both preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure the machine park stays reliable.
- You analyze problems in detail and implement sustainable solutions to avoid future issues.
- You work with the technical team on improvement projects and process optimizations to make systems better.
- You always follow the rules and procedures for quality, environment, and safety, and make sure all work is done in a responsible way.

Requirements
- A technician with a strong technical background and at least some experience (preferably with mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems).
- A hands-on mentality and the ability to solve technical problems independently.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and the ability to solve problems before they happen.
- You enjoy working in a team and thinking about improvements in processes.
- You speak English. Knowledge of Polish or Romanian is an extra plus because you will work with Polish technicians and Romanian-speaking managers.
