Function description
Following comprehensive internal training, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance and repair of containers and trailers. You’ll work according to established procedures and safety standards, ensuring equipment is ready for transport operations.
Daily tasks include:
- Performing welding tasks (semi-automatic and electrical; TIG is a plus)
- Handling structural repairs and steelwork
- Conducting general inspections and basic bodywork
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a clean and organized worksite
- This is a hands-on role that requires both individual initiative and teamwork. Most work takes place outdoors.

Requirements
We’re looking for someone who brings technical know-how and the right attitude to the job. The ideal candidate has:
- Welding experience (semi-automatic and/or electrical); TIG welding is a strong asset
- A background in bodywork or steel processing is a plus
- No problem working in outdoor environments
- A proactive and safety-conscious work approach
- Good organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility and a cooperative mindset
