Function description
As a concrete worker, your tasks include:
- Preparing molds before pouring the concrete
- Placing steel reinforcement and tension cables in the mold
- Pouring concrete and making the surface smooth
- Removing the product from the mold after it is dry
- Helping with lifting and moving the finished products
- Using tools and overhead crane (after training)

Organisation
You will work for a company in Willebroek that makes prestressed concrete elements. These include columns, beams, and I-girders in different shapes and sizes. The company supplies these products for industrial and infrastructure projects all over Belgium.
Requirements
- You are physically fit and ready for heavy work
- You are motivated and want to learn
- You speak and understand basic English
- You follow safety rules and work well in a team
- You have a category B driving licence
- Experience in construction or production is a plus
- Forklift or crane experience is a plus
