Function description
As an industrial construction fitter, your tasks include:
- Prepare and assemble wooden or metal formwork based on technical plans.
- Place formwork for different concrete elements, such as wall panels and sandwich panels.
- Pour concrete and follow the hardening process.
- Remove formwork after the concrete is solid.
- Check measurements and quality of finished elements.
- Work with modern machines and tools in a production environment.
- Think together with the team about improvements in the process.
- Start of the workday: 05:00 in the morning.

Organisation
You will work at a Belgian company in Oudenaarde that makes heavy concrete wall panels, insulated panels (sandwich panels), and concrete roof and floor elements. These are used in big construction projects. You work in a strong, experienced team and help build large buildings.
Requirements
- You are motivated and physically strong.
- You have experience in construction or similar work.
- You can work safely and are not afraid of heights.
- You speak and understand basic English.
- You have a driving licence B.
- VCA certificate is a plus.
- You like teamwork and are open to travelling to different work sites.
