Function description
As a ground worker, your tasks include:
- Helping with the installation of concrete foundation piles
- Preparing the site and keeping your tools in order
- Assisting the crane operator and following instructions
- Measuring, setting up, and helping to place the piles in the ground
- Working outside in all weather conditions
- Supporting your teammates and reporting any issues

Requirements
- You are not afraid of physical work
- You enjoy working outdoors in all seasons
- You speak and understand basic English
- You can work well in a small team
- You follow safety rules carefully
- You have a B driving licence
- Experience in construction or groundwork is a plus
- VCA certificate is a plus (or you are willing to get it)
