Finding the right people for the job is not always easy, and Fresh Spegelaere experienced this firsthand. In 2022, the company had multiple job openings, but finding the right profiles proved to be a challenge. “We were specifically looking for people with experience in our sector, but they were hard to find,” says Ann Geldhof from Fresh Spegelaere.

Currently, three temporary workers are employed at Fresh Spegelaere. “We are very happy with our temporary employees. Some have been with us for quite some time and really feel like a permanent part of the team,” says Ann.
“A great example is Adil from Spain,” she continues. “At first, he was only supposed to work here for two weeks, but he felt so comfortable in our team that he asked if he could stay. And of course, he could. Adil is a hard worker, he sees what needs to be done and takes initiative. Those are the kind of people we need,” Ann explains.
Adil remembers that time well. “I moved to Belgium at the end of June 2024, together with four friends. A friend of mine had a great experience with Axintor and recommended it to us,” he says. “Axintor arranged everything: a job, a place where we could live together, and even a car to get to work. That immediately gave me a good feeling,” says Adil.
Today, Adil is fully integrated into the team. “It’s great to work in a company with such a positive atmosphere. I feel valued, and my colleagues are incredibly supportive,” he says.
