Our motto is ‘It’s all about the perfect match’. In other words, our aim is to ensure that the recruitment process results in a good fit and good cooperation. Because when workers are happy, that increases the likelihood of an outstanding working relationship. We are committed to providing the best possible support for our temp workers – but let us be honest: doing so requires time, effort and money. 



In recent years we have taken great care to create optimal accommodation for our temp workers. Regulations on accommodating workers are subject to constant revision, and we continually adapt our housing in compliance with them. Not just to stay on the right side of the law, but because we know that these improvements help to guarantee the safety of our workers and improve the quality of our accommodation. Doing this does bring challenges, since complying with the law sometimes requires lengthy processes – for instance, applying for permits, liaising with municipal authorities, requesting advice from customers, and more. Over the years we have amassed a wealth of expertise in this area. In fact, our customers sometimes even turn to us for advice on their own accommodation! Naturally, this is something we are appropriately proud of.



Our concern for our workers does not end with housing them. We believe it is essential to provide them with continuous support to deal with any problems that may arise. Roel, our coordinator, provides this support. Not only is he fully committed to the role, but he is also capable of handing whatever comes up from day to day: transporting luggage, getting an accommodation ready for new residents, fixing a scooter, replacing a smoke alarm, checking a fuse box – you name it, he can take care of it. Keeping track of these tasks is our colleague Joery, who has created a convenient system for efficiently channelling communications from all of our offices to the various coordinators. What a team!



We’re already on the right track, but we still have a way to go and a number of ideas in the pipeline that we hope to roll out in the near future. For instance, we would like to explore how we can make our buildings as ecologically responsible as possible, and we plan to install solar panels when construction begins on new accommodation. We also remain on the lookout for opportunities to receive our temp workers in the best possible way. Moreover, we are developing a MyAxintor app that will enable our temp workers to contact us at the touch of a button. 


All in all, it should be clear that we are very excited to improve our story even further. Because ultimately, it’s all about the perfect match!
