Function description
As a kitchen assistant, you support the chef and take on a hands-on role in a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen by the sea. You will work closely with the owner and service team to ensure smooth service and a high standard of customer satisfaction. Your tasks include:
- Assisting with the preparation and cooking of à la carte dishes
- Supporting mise-en-place and keeping the kitchen organized
- Assisting with menu updates and suggesting seasonal ideas
- Maintaining hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP)
- Supporting efficient service during lunch and dinner
- Assisting with kitchen inventory and orders when needed
Offer
Salary:
min €15.2 per hour
- Market-based salary according to experience
- Working hours from 12:00 to 23:00

Requirements
- You have EU nationality
- Experience in a kitchen environment is required
- Stress resistant and able to perform during busy service
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and eager to learn
- Fluent in English
