Function description
As a construction assistant, you carry out concrete repairs and finishing on various construction sites. Your tasks include:
- Carrying out concrete repairs on existing structures
- Finishing concrete surfaces according to required quality standards
- Preparing surfaces for repair and finishing
- Cleaning, sanding, grinding, and treating concrete
- Assisting with formwork and repair works
- Working with hand tools and small machinery
- Cleaning and maintaining the workplace and materials
- Following safety regulations on site

Requirements
- You have EU nationality
- Motivated and hands-on attitude
- Experience in construction is a plus but not required
- Accurate working style with an eye for quality
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Comfortable with physical work
- Flexible and willing to work on different construction sites
- Driving licence B is a plus
