Function description
As a line operator, you perform tasks as a production worker on the line of a food company. It is important that you have a good understanding of the production, materials, and various positions on the line. If you demonstrate this understanding, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire line and will have full accountability. In this role, you independently set parameters and take responsibility for a safe and efficient production process. You work according to strict guidelines regarding food safety and hygiene.

The work is carried out in a 2-shift system with shifts from 05:00 to 13:00 and from 13:00 to 21:00, providing flexibility in your work hours and work-life balance. You will receive a competitive salary plus a bonus for the morning shift +€0.61/hour and afternoon shift +€0.69/hour.

Requirements
More than 2 years of experience as an operator in the food industry is required, as well as technical insight to efficiently operate equipment and resolve minor malfunctions. Fluent communication in French is essential, as it is the primary language within the team you will lead. Experience in leading a team is important. Additionally, you are willing to work in shifts to ensure uninterrupted production processes.
