Function description
As a dough mixer, you are responsible for adding the right amount of ingredients to the machine to obtain the perfect bread dough. You ensure that your machine is properly set up so that the dough is then cut in the correct quantity. In case of very warm conditions, you can adjust your quantities based on your knowledge and experience.
