Function description
As a team leader in production, your tasks include:
- Starting up production
- Supplying materials to the production line
- Guiding and motivating your team to complete all orders on time
- Solving small technical problems (mechanical error messages)
- Making sure the workspace is clean, safe, and well organised
- Ensuring all safety and hygiene rules are followed at all times

Requirements
- Experience as a team leader in a production environment (food industry is a plus)
- You can work independently and take responsibility
- You have technical insight and can set machine parameters
- Willing to work in shifts
- You speak English well
- You have a valid driving licence B
- A forklift licence is a plus
- Programming knowledge is a plus
