Function description
As a team leader, you ensure that the orders are ready for shipment by directing your team. You will be responsible for starting up the production and supplying products to the production line. Additionally, you will have to handle minor mechanical error messages yourself.

Our client is a family-owned company for raw and fresh potato products. As a rapidly growing company, they are currently looking for production operators/machine operators to strengthen the production.
Requirements
For this position, we are looking for candidates who have previous work experience as a team leader in a production environment. Experience in the food industry is a plus. It is necessary that you can work autonomously and have a strong sense of responsibility. We expect you to have some technical insight, a good command of the Dutch or English language, and be willing to work in shifts. Being able to operate a forklift is a plus. It is important that you can maintain an orderly and tidy workspace and always adhere to safety and hygiene regulations. Knowledge of programming is a plus, setting parameters is a requirement to start as a team leader.
