Function description
As a foreman for concrete columns, you are responsible for the daily supervision of the team that produces concrete columns, with a focus on efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards. In addition to your supervisory role, you actively participate in the production process and oversee the daily execution of tasks within the column department. You ensure the correct compliance with safety regulations and train your colleagues so that they are optimally deployable. In case of disruptions in the production process, you provide quick and effective solutions. Furthermore, you work closely with the production manager of the workshop and report daily on the progress of the work.
Offer
For this position, a competitive salary is offered according to PC 124, supplemented with meal vouchers of 3 euros per working day, the possibility of obtaining a company car and fuel card, 32 days of leave, and working hours from 7:45 am to 4:30 pm.
