Function description
After full training, you work together with your team to make batter for pancakes and poffertjes. You also help to run the dough machine, ovens, packaging machines, box packers, label machines, printers, and other equipment. You use computer systems to control the production line and adjust machine settings when switching to a different product. Cleaning and checking machines is part of your daily routine, and you solve small technical problems yourself. During production, you carry out quality checks and make sure everything is safe, clean, and hygienic. You also write down important production information and ensure good communication with the next shift. Depending on your department, you may work in cooler temperatures.

You can work in fixed or rotating shifts: early (05:00–13:00), late (13:00–21:00), or night (21:00–05:00), from Monday to Friday. Weekend work is also possible, depending on the planning.

Requirements
A diploma is not required, but experience in a production or food company is a plus. You are someone who likes to take responsibility and can work in shifts, either fixed or rotating. You always follow the rules for safety, hygiene, and quality. You are good with your hands and enjoy working with machines. You can work well on your own, but also as part of a team. You do your work with care and attention to detail. You are flexible and open to learning new things.
