Function description
As an industrial construction fitter, you will:
- Assemble steel structures and prefab concrete elements on-site
- Read and follow technical plans
- Drill, cut, or weld small parts when needed
- Use lifting equipment such as aerial lifts and telehandlers
- Connect parts using bolts, concrete, or chemical anchors
- Keep the site clean and work safely at all times
- Follow the instructions of the site foreman

From five locations in Belgium and France, they deliver complete steel and prefab concrete projects for clients across the Benelux and France. You’ll work in a small, motivated team that values safety, teamwork, and quality.
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in industrial construction
- Physically fit and not afraid of heights
- Driver’s licence B
- You speak English or French
- You enjoy working in small teams (max. 4 people)
- Basic VCA certificate is a plus
- Reliable, respectful, and safety-minded
